Persona, Inc., was founded in February, 1980 as a wholesale manufacturer selling exclusively to sign companies and distributors. In 1980, with a single 14,000 square-foot facility and 16 employees, Persona’s manufacturing was limited to thermoforming rigid faces, heat-transferring flexible faces and fabricating steel and aluminum frames.

In 1990, Persona was requested by a major hospitality organization to sell signs directly. That began a three-year transition culminating in Persona's emergence as a full-service national interior and exterior signage solution provider.

Today, Persona is one of the most capable sign manufacturers and service providers in the industry. With the addition of its fourth facility in Centerville, TN, Persona has more than 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space, and 300 employees to manufacture signs and complete project management for more than 6,000 locations each year.
