Persona prides itself on our project management skills. We ordinarily describe ourselves as a project-management company that happens to sell electrical signage.

Our project management process begins when your Persona project team begins to gather information about your location, and talk with you about your signage needs and preferences.

The planning process includes a presite review of your property. Your project team will research sign codes to advise you about standard signs and options for each location. Our planning also includes a site survey, where a member of our installer network visits your site to get specific information about your location. The site survey includes measurements and photos. Specific city sign codes, ordinances and covenants are also checked. The site survey is a required step for all projects where Persona handles the installation of the sign.

When the groundwork is completed, the team begins work on proposals.
